LSI Management LLP

LSI Management provides property advisory services to the Group pursuant to the Property Advisory Agreement. Further details in relation to the Property Advisory Agreement are set out in paragraph 11.2 of Part 7 of the Admission Document. LSI Management is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority to carry on certain regulated activities, including advising upon and arranging deals in investments.

LSI Management is an English limited liability partnership registered under the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000, whose business is to provide investment advisory and property management services. At the date of the Admission Document, the members of LSI Management include the Management Team, details of whom are set out here, and GEAM L&S Management Investor (Scotland), a limited partnership registered in Scotland under the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 and controlled by GE Asset Management Incorporated, acting in its capacity as investment manager of the General Electric Pension Trust.
