History
London & Stamford Property Plc (the “Company“ or “London & Stamford“) was admitted to the premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on 1st October 2010.
The Company is the parent undertaking of London & Stamford Property Limited which was listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange on 7th November 2007 and delisted on 1 October 2010.
The Company became the parent of the former AIM listed company by way of a Scheme of Arrangement under Part VIII of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008 and a share for share exchange on 1st October 2010.
On this date the Company also internalised the management of the enlarged group by acquiring the business and assets of LSI Management LLP the advisor to the former AIM listed company.
