London & Stamford Property Limited (the “Company“ or “London & Stamford“) is incorporated in Guernsey (registration number 47816) which is also its main country of operation. The Company was listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange on 7 November 2007.

The Company is provided with investment advisory and property management services by LSI Management LLP.

Securities Information

The Company’s issued share capital now comprises 500,000,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each. All of the Company’s ordinary shares have been admitted to trading on AIM.

Investor Information

London & Stamford is a company incorporated and registered in Guernsey, and therefore the rights of the Company’s shareholders may be different from the rights of shareholders of a company incorporated in the United Kingdom.
