Our Business

The Company intends to invest in commercial property, including office, retail and distribution real estate assets, principally in the UK and will also consider opportunities overseas, where the Directors consider the opportunity exists to extract above-average returns for Shareholders. The Company will be an active investor and intends to implement strategies to enhance the quality and value of acquired assets and improve annual rental values.
